LHCCC believes that happy teachers make happy classrooms! We employee mainly full-time teachers and staff, but we try to be very accommodating of everyone's hectic schedules. Full-time staff have access to health and dental benefits (LHCCC pays 80%), PTO, tuition reimbursement, childcare discounts, and paid holidays and school closures. We also pay staff who are out due to COVID-19.
